Biswa is a person who stays till late in the night (Of course in office) and works.
He comes to office on every Saturday and Sunday also. He works works works works and works. He is the only one who works more than all our project members together.
If this is the impression you have abt him……….. HELL!! Let me tell you the truth
He stays till 9 – 10 PM bt let me say that he comes to office at 11:30 – 12:00 and never early.
Of the remaining time this great man spends around 10 – 15 mins in smoking (4- 5 times in his working hours).
He boasts that he works more than any one else but when ever I go near him I can spot him browsing web, yes he always seems to be checking about share market or downloading and playing songs (in weekends).
He also says that he works in JAVA but I never saw him writing / editing / atleast copying java programs….he always works on wordpad / notepad or some other editor,
deleting “<>”symbols (I seriously forgot what they are called L ) or numbers between them, adding few names, deleting comment lines blah blah blah….. I seriously doubt that he is not a java developer but a data entry operator.
When attending a onsite call, his PL keeps note of everything and does the work but he always says “Hi” to his onsite counterpart and comes out for smoking and passing time.
Poor sneha she has to do all the work.
The most important thing is he always switches on two systems and will always be moving from one monitor to other there by creating a impression on others that he is working hard.
With all this you can easily guess how much work he does! Really appreciative!!! Three Cheers for Biswa.
But he has a gr8 talent, he bluff’s as if he is really working and our team particularly (and only) our PM praises him…..hope she reads this blog one day and learns the truth.
And one more hidden talent in him was “Singing” …he sings so well that actually he was selected for Indian idol….but due to being busy with project work he was unable to attend the selection round (you know how busy he is, it actually takes a lot of time to act asif working than to work !!!) [:P]
He even can enact NANAPATEKAR when highly irritated by his GF…priyank is an expert in bringing nana out of him and when it's too much for him to hold his emotions, he becomes a PSYCO and acts like a Pure Sadist.
I just remembered one more thing : Biswa didn't even know that he was working in development team till i told him. WHOA!!!!
